Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development or 7+ years in a senior-level sales role
- 3+ years of experience leading a Business or Sales Development team
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service
