Barista- Reserve

Baristas are the beating heart of the new La La Land Reserve store. As a Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of the best coffee and matcha—crafting exceptional coffee, creating unforgettable moments, and bringing our passion for hospitality to life every day.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as barista from specialty coffee shop
• Able to calibrate and dial in espresso and filter coffee with precision.
• Deliver warm and authentic hospitality to each guest, turning first-time visitors into regulars and regulars into loyal advocates of the La La Land Reserve store.
• Previous work experience as a Bartender or fine dining restaurants
• Food handler certification
• Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends
