Job Description
Supporting Strategies is seeking a remote Accounting Manager to provide exceptional client service and expert accounting support. This role involves building a strong client relationship, managing a team of experienced accountants, and delivering outsourced transactional and full-cycle accounting services. The position offers a hybrid work environment with full-time availability during standard business hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10 years of related accounting experience
- 4 years of hands-on management experience
- Proven ability to attract, build, and retain a high-performance team
- Experience in developing remote team relationships
