Job Description
Supportworks is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to rebuild their QA function and shape how quality works at SolutionView. The role is hybrid and based in Papillion, NE, with a focus on mobile and web quality, testing, and process development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience across mobile and web applications
- Strong mobile testing background, especially; iOS / iPadOS and Android
- Field-deployment realities: offline behavior, sync, device variability, intermittent connectivity
- Web cross-browser testing experience
- Comfort working in systems with configurable logic, conditional workflows, and data-driven behavior
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Coaching and mentorship instincts
