Job Description
Thrasher Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to oversee payroll operations for three companies that make up our West Region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll processing and payroll accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing commission- or incentive-based compensation structures
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as Rippling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
