Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)
- At least 6–12 months of live chat support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience
- Crypto industry knowledge
- CRM experience in Salesforce
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
