We are looking for a Native Norwegian Customer Support Consultant to join our team. The role involves delivering outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have native Norwegian and good English communication skills, experience in customer support, and strong analytical thinking and research skills.

Requirements

• Native Norwegian and good English communication skills (at B2 level or higher)
• 6+ months of experience in customer support role
• CRM systems expertise
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
