The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, working closely with account managers and conversion specialists to improve campaign results.
Requirements
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversions and return on ad spend.
- Analyze advertising data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Integrate campaign performance data with Google Analytics.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and conversion specialists.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
- Test new strategies, tools, and AI driven solutions to improve campaign performance.
- C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing technology platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Professional English communication skills.
