Requirements

• Maintain IT systems management tools
• Create and roll out new technical solutions
• Remediate and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Communicate with third-party technical support
• Work with team members as an on-call engineer
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Automate tasks
• Document changes within Change Management process
• Track projects in Jira
• Undergo regular security training
• Implement automation strategies across various IT processes
• Automate system management tasks using Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
• Identify opportunities for automation in existing workflows
