Requirements
- Assistance with FM team on maintenance scheduling and operation(s)
- Planning and periodic reviews of maintenance projects
- Efficient performance of Facility Executives/vendors
- Timely submission of reports to clients
- Co-ordination of ad-hoc works and routine administration
- Satisfactory liaison with Clients and end users
- 24 hours’ emergency support
- Support and liaison between Client and tenants/users
- Management of budgets and cost for projects
