Divisional Director

We’re an international environmental design consultancy seeking a Divisional Director to lead our New York office and shape our presence in the US market, driving sustainable, high-performance design outcomes, and mentoring the next generation of environmental talent.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, environmental design, or a related field
• 7+ years in a leadership and client-facing role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, building science, or a related discipline
• Advanced credentials (e.g., PE, LEED AP, WELL AP) are a plus
• Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and project leadership within architecture, engineering, or environmental design
• Deep technical knowledge in sustainability and building systems, with a track record of delivering high-performance solutions
• Excellent communication skills ranging from presenting to clients, speaking at events, and writing proposals
• A strong industry presence, demonstrated through connections within the design and construction community and thought leadership via speaking, publishing, or teaching
• Ability to maintain a regular leadership presence in the New York office
• Willingness to travel to support client work, business development initiatives, and participation in industry events
