Job Description
The Coastal Engineering and Management Team of SJ and SMEC are looking for a Project Controls Manager with prior experience in land reclamation development project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering) or Equivalent
- Masters in management degree or project management course preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- High level knowledge on project control and strong technical foundation
- Business planning, budgeting and commercial acumen
- High level consulting and client management skills
- Proven high level project management skills
- An understanding of the business / organisation / marketing context of business solutions
- High level of client service orientation
- Good national industry awareness and market knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in managing a co-operative and flexible work style
- Ability to source and apply new knowledge
- Highly skilled in managing competing priorities and working under pressure
- Computer literacy with proficiency in a variety of relevant computer programs
