Resident Engineer (M&E)

Managing a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure all works comply with regulatory and client's requirements, and carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Minimum 6 years of M&E work experience
• Fully conversant with statutory regulations with good organization skills in maintaining site records
• Experience in supervising M&E installation preferred
• Conversant in local construction practices, air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary services
• Good co-ordination skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and team player
