Job Description
The Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Global Talent Acquisition role is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a specialist recruitment role
- Experience in recruiting in Hong Kong and China is an added advantage
- Ability to establish and build internal, and external client networks
- Strong consulting experience
- Hands on experience with Workday is an added advantage
