Social Expert with 8+ years of experience in social assessments, stakeholder consultations, social impact assessment, and labor compliance audit. Proficient in working with various financial institutions' requirements and national/international local regulations related to land acquisitions.
Requirements
- 8 years or more of experience in social assessments
- Good understanding of requirements of various financial institutions' requirements related to social assessments
- Experience of working on national and international local regulations related to land acquisitions
- Experience of undertaking various stakeholder consultations and use of tools related to same
- Experience of working on social impact assessment, social due diligence, labor compliance audit, livelihood restoration plan / framework, resettlement, and rehabilitation (R&R) plan, etc.
- Sector experience of transport, renewable energy, industrial area, manufacturing facilities, etc.
