Structural Engineer

Responsible for daily tasks involved in design of facilities and structures, including performing design tasks, coordinating design and construction activities, and providing technical guidance to drafters and less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Perform calculations for design of structural members of concrete and steel
• Organize data required for reports
• Check details to ensure they are within design codes and requirements
• Develop design criteria such as gravity loads, wind and seismic
• Possess thorough knowledge of multiple subject areas and other design disciplines
