Web Content Team Lead

We are looking for a Web Content Team Lead to elevate how we build and scale our website’s presence. You’ll be the person who refines our workflows, mentors the team, and ensures that our global web presence remains as polished and professional as the products we build.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and motivating teams
• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a solid understanding of how modular page builders function
• Strong background in UX principles and design thinking
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate scope, manage competing priorities, and explain technical constraints to non-technical teams
• Experience managing multi-language web projects and an understanding of the complexities that come with publishing content at scale
• A track record of creating or improving operational workflows to increase team efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
• Basic SEO knowledge, including page structure and web performance basics
