CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (CMA) - PEDIATRICS/FAMILY MEDICINE

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join their team at the Pediatrics & Family Medicine Clinic. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Practice Manager and will be responsible for various medical assistant duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with an active certification with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
• Awareness of standards of cleaning and performance of in accordance with them
• Ability to relate and work effectively with others
• Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards
• Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement
