Job Description
Director Finance - Physician Practices: Lead financial oversight of multiple physician practices, including accounting, financial analysis, and business planning. Collaborate with operations and physician leaders to shape the financial future of a growing healthcare platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Healthcare finance experience required; physician practice or multi-site medical group experience strongly preferred
- Proven management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated success influencing operational and physician leaders through clear, actionable financial insights
