Job Description
North Carolina Specialty Hospital is seeking a Full Time Operating Room RN to provide comprehensive, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks to maintain patient safety.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse from the North Carolina State Board of Nursing or compact multi-state license
- BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required upon hire
- ACLS & PALS from American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) preferred
- CNOR Certification strongly preferred
- Familiar with instruments and equipment related to Perioperative Nursing
- Ability to demonstrate manual dexterity in handling instruments
