Requirements
- Minimum of two years working experience in building maintenance
- Valid Texas Driver's License with no DWI convictions
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps, domestic water systems, mechanical repair, and general building maintenance techniques
