Job Description
The Operating Room Manager - RN is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the OR, communicating with various teams and staff, and collaborating on quality and safety initiatives. The role involves scheduling and training staff, maintaining inventory, and monitoring staff schedules. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in a similar role. The Operating Room Manager will also be responsible for providing patient care, working with various medical equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License
- Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications
