Ultrasound Technologist

Diagnostic medical sonographer responsible for operating sonographic equipment, performing diagnostic examinations, and communicating results to radiologists. Daily operations of the ultrasound laboratory are also managed.

Requirements

• Obtains patient history, laboratory results, and previous radiology exam results
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and mental well-being
• Operates ultrasound machine to optimize images and adheres to department exam protocols
