Job Description
Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking an Associate Implementation Consultant to assist with the implementation of their SIS Complete application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and experience with SAAS software implementations. The consultant will work with clients to configure the application, train users, and manage project timelines.
Requirements
- Assist clients with application configuration
- Perform project management tasks
- Train administrative and end users on the application
- Determine business and clinical requirements with managers
- Review and discuss project processes and procedures
- Identify client-associated risks and provide solutions
- Help manage application scope of work and scheduling
- Address client application issues and close all issues before transition to Support
