Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Surplex, part of TBAuctions, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day business and support the accounting team with various tasks to ensure the accuracy and compliance of their financial processes. Requirements

• Successfully completed training in accounting or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is advantageous
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, especially in accounts payable
• Experience with Diamant and confident application of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, high level of customer service orientation, and responsibility
• Excellent organizational skills, a hands-on mentality, and self-motivation
• Fluent German and good English skills are required
• Higher level of detail orientation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with tax and compliance topics is a plus
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
