Job Description
SurveyMonkey is looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team responsible for SurveyMonkey's AWS Cloud Platform evolution and operations. The role involves designing, engineering, and maintaining the Cloud, Messaging, and Observability Platform.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience with Amazon Web Services or similar platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with self-managed Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, scripting, and Helm.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Familiarity with databases and caching technologies, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Memcached, Redis, Kafka and Debezium.
- Previous people management experience.
