Finance Planning and Analysis Manager - Systems

We are at a transformative juncture as we migrate from Anaplan to Pigment, and we are hiring this role to lead that transition from the ground up. This is a rare, high-impact opportunity to own the roadmap for our core financial models, define how SurveyMonkey scales its planning capabilities, and serve as the primary technical lead and Pigment subject matter expert for a tool at the center of our global decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Strategic Finance
• Proven expertise in architecting and maintaining complex, multi-dimensional EPM models
• Direct experience leading a successful EPM migration with a deep understanding of common data architecture challenges during platform transitions
• Strong technical command of data integration tools and the ability to manage data flows between ERP systems and planning environments
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
