Job Description
SurveyMonkey is seeking an experienced Senior Zuora Solutions Architect to join its team in a hands-on role supporting subscription billing and revenue automation. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Zuora Billing and its integrations, particularly with Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of stakeholder management experience and direct partnerships with Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Engineering members
- 6-12 months of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Zuora Billing in a production environment
- Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work while learning new technologies
