Job Description
The Director of Legal Affairs & Policy Counsel will lead the organization's internal and external legal efforts, developing legal strategy to advance SBA's policy priorities, tracking and analyzing priority cases, and building relationships with conservative/pro-life legal networks.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of how state and federal courts operate and the ability to analyze court documents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Experience working in the pro-life movement
- Must be pro-life
