We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to enhance and manage the overall workplace environment, creating a positive and efficient work environment that promotes employee wellbeing, safety, and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office management, workplace experience, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with Google Meet conferencing room equipment, and familiarity with facilities management software and tools.
- Experience with setting up meeting room audio visual equipment.
- Familiarity with office screens software such as Brightsign.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to lift and carry light equipment as needed.
- Languages: proficient in Dutch, and good English speaking/ writing skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH, IWFM) are a plus.
