Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for our recently awarded Multi-Award Contract (MAC) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Dam Neck, VA. This role is responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from pre-construction and planning to execution and closeout—ensuring all work aligns with Navy standards, "Green" building practices, and federal regulations (FAR/DFARS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
- 5–7 years of construction supervision/project management experience
- Federal government contracts (FAR/DFARS) experience
- Proficient in project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6, and familiarity with the Navy’s RMS 3.0 system
