Job Description
Sustainable Talent is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support a client through an extended contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing, and placing skilled trades professionals.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in skilled labor roles
- Proficient in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle
- Hands-on experience using ADP in a recruiting or onboarding capacity
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
