Job Description
Sustainment is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own the operational backbone of engineering delivery: process enforcement, cross-functional coordination, sprint execution, release management, and government program tracking. The role requires someone who can earn credibility with engineers, partner effectively with product leadership, and maintain process integrity.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Technical Program/Project Management within a software development organization
- Experience managing scope and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA
- Demonstrated ability to manage scope boundaries and facilitate alignment across engineering and product leadership
- Experience producing sprint metrics, velocity reports, and delivery forecasts
