Lead Software Developer

We’re hiring a Lead Software Developer to guide a team building clinical trial software. In this role, you will manage a small group of developers, coordinate delivery, and serve as the point of contact for development requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science mandatory
• Strong expertise in C#/.Net and SQL and its related technologies (with focus on backend development), and solid understanding of its inner-workings
• Deep understanding of programming principles
• Ability to design, develop, and support software modules with medium to high complexity
• Excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated technical leadership
