Travel & Customer Service Coordinator responsible for supporting Global Study Managers in planning and operations of clinical trial studies, managing travel and logistical details for trial participants, and communicating with patients and hospital/clinical staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Fluent Spanish and fluent English required, multi-lingual preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry and/or pharma industry preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and efficiently
- Highly organized and plan-oriented; adept at prioritization and follow-up
- Excels in cross-departmental communication
- Confidence and follow through in decision-making
