Job Description
Clinical Business Analyst works collaboratively with clinical and Information Systems staff to clarify needs, prioritize requests, and recommend workflow enhancements. Responsibilities include evaluating and documenting clinical processes, analyzing customer needs, and identifying system and procedural solutions to enhance clinical practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a position that requires participation in and knowledge of Care Management operations and regulations
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
