Job Description
SV Tech Systems is seeking a PeopleSoft ePerformance TAM/CG Business Analyst to develop human resource technology solutions and provide global support for the PeopleSoft HCM application. The ideal candidate will have experience with ePerformance and TAM/CG on PeopleSoft 9.1, with a plus for 9.2 experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of functional business analyst experience
- Competence with PeopleSoft HCM software, including experience with complex PeopleSoft configurations and queries
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft's Talent Management modules (e.g. ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Manager)
- 5+ year of technical analyst experience and competence with PeopleSoft technical workbench – PeopleTools
- Experience with version PeopleSoft 9.0 or later
- Experience with a PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade
- Ability to facilitate business and system process improvement discussions
- Ability to analyze business processes and system technologies
