Python Developer

Python Developer position available at SV Tech Systems, with responsibilities including working on front, middle or back office platforms for leading investment banks, developing new trade capture systems, and rewriting the reporting suite.

Requirements

• Excellent C++ and/or python/scripting skills with 7+ years of experience
• Excellent system design for a software oriented architecture
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of programming with UNIX is essential
• Full life cycle development experience
• Buy-side/Sell-side order management system experience is highly desired
• Experience with relational databases and multi-threaded programming, and knowledge of UNIX scripting languages is desired
• Previous consulting/investment banking experience preferred
• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
