Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Plant Process Engineer to develop, design, and optimize carbon capture gas processing plants for various industrial applications. As a key member of our Project Engineering team, you will lead Svante carbon capture projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in chemical process development, design, and operations
- Strong technical background in gas processing, steam generation systems, and CO2 capture technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and simulation software such as HYSYS and Aspen
- Hands-on experience in gas plant construction, commissioning, and project engineering management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve complex problems
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
