Finishing Engineer (Projects)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Engineer to oversee and manage the finishing works for a multiplex project, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

• Civil Diploma or B.Tech degree in Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience as a Finishing Engineer in a multiplex or PMC background
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D for creating and modifying design drawings
• Strong knowledge and experience in interior fit-out, false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, project planning, billing, HVAC, and vendor and architect management
• Familiarity with commercial and residential projects, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and handle project-related challenges
