Tech lead

We're looking for a top performing Tech Lead to help scale our product and team. This role is about more than just writing great code, you'll make key technical decisions, tackle complex problems, and mentor engineers while ensuring we deliver a top-notch developer experience.

Requirements

• Experience designing and building high-scale backend systems.
• Strong technical, architectural, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, organize projects, and drive execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience with Rust, Postgres, and Redis (or ability to ramp up quickly).
