The Peon will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
Requirements
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and document distribution.
- Operate and maintain photocopy machines and other basic office equipment.
- Assist administrative staff with day-to-day coordination and clerical tasks.
- Support general administrative activities including office upkeep and arrangement of files and documents.
- Handle internal movement of files and documents between departments.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and providing logistical support as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office area as per assigned responsibilities.
