Telecaller/Counsellor

This role involves providing support to new entrants and parents through counseling. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of relevant software. They will educate on the university and its courses, handling correspondence and coordinating with individuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (statutory or board approved)
• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Good computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, ERP packages)
• Good communication skills
• Good personality and drive to educate
• Experience in counseling (desirable)
• Experience in correspondence (desirable)
