This position is for a Project Manager responsible for planning and executing construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, structural design, and coordination with various consultants. This role involves schedule management, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12-15 years’ experience on construction site
- Experience in executing various big Projects of approx. 25-50 acres’ land
- Knowledge of working with Project Management Consultants
- Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package
- Experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and coordinating with all the Consultants
- Knowledge of local language written and spoken
