Compliance Officer Italy

Swan is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations remain in line with regulatory requirements, managing regulatory changes, and maintaining internal documentation. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a Compliance position in a financial institution, excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• Significant experience (+5 years) in a Compliance position in a financial institution, ideally in a Fintech or another fast-paced work environment
• Excellent knowledge of Italian banking regulations and payment ecosystem
• Problem-solving mindset with strong writing skills and ability to take initiatives
