Transaction Monitoring Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transaction Monitoring Senior Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring clients' transactional activities, handling internal and external requests, and leading the Quality Review program for Transaction Monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Fraud/Transaction Monitoring/AML/Financial Security
• Strong understanding of the AML/CFT regulatory framework
• Excellent coaching skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced production environment
