We are looking for a CRM Administrator to support and optimize the company's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Center modules. The role involves administering, supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM system, partnering with internal teams, and delivering user training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on CRM experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Demonstrated proficiency in: a) Developing, creating, and customizing CRM forms and entities; b) Understanding and implementing business workflows and processes; c) Integration with business tools and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
