Job Description
Swarm Aero is seeking an experienced Structures Analyst to join their aerospace engineering team. The role involves ensuring the structural integrity and safety of vehicle designs through analysis, testing, and validation. The team will work on conceptual and preliminary aircraft components sizing, structural analysis, and design validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in composite structural analysis for aircraft, spacecraft, or similar vehicles
- Strong expertise in CAD and FEM tools, particularly Siemens NX, Simcenter, Femap, or equivalent software
- Experience in composite aircraft manufacturing techniques, including bonded structures
- Familiarity with aviation industry standards and DoD certification requirements
