Quality Engineer

SWD Inc. is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to own internal and external nonconformances, coordinate cross-functional problem solving, and protect customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of customer service or office experience
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Capability to identify and resolve issues through analytical thinking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
