We're looking for an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team. You'll own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution for multiple DTC and eCommerce brands—developing automated flows, campaigns, and retention programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in an agency, freelance, or multi-client setting
- Proficiency in Klaviyo — you've built flows, managed campaigns, and can navigate the platform confidently
- DTC/eCommerce experience — you understand the customer journey for online brands and how email drives revenue
- Track record of results — you can point to campaigns or programs where you drove measurable growth (revenue, engagement, retention)
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, A/B testing, and translating metrics into strategy
- Excellent communication — clear, professional communication with clients and teammates
